Listen to your employees for a change. you know the ones who do the job day in and day out! change this ridiculous 7 day swing shift and maybe just maybe you can actually keep employees at your mapleton site and not lose them to all the other surrounding plants! the people who do want to stay shouldn't have to pick up all the slack!!!!

Simplify structure to enable quick decision-making. Create strong training curriculum with ample hands-on learning in SAP training client. Provide Corp and BL contact lists so new employees know exactly who can help them with issues and questions. Don't rush project deadlines when it is apparent things are not ready and do not expect others to work excessive OT to try and fix what's broken.
