Management. They're quick to blame the worker bees even if its unfounded and possibly their own fault.
What is the vacation policy like at EWASTE+? How many vacation days do you get per year?
You will receive 5 PTO days after your first year (6 if you're hired before July) and will accumulate 2 each year until you reach 7 years with 15 PTO days (3 full work weeks). Currently the company observes 6 federal holidays with 2 floating holidays. They prefer 2 weeks for time off requests, but can be flexible depending on the supervisor and you're own work ethic. Basically, be pleasant and do your job well and they'll be more willing to work with you especially on short notice. During the interview, make sure you tell them about any important time off you'll need before getting hired (wedding, family trip, etc.).
See through it. They'll build it up to be a company on the rise, but they have a revolving door of workers. It's not "competitive pay" and it's not "in line with jobs just like it", bring headphones and jam to some music, it'll help get through the drawn out days.
Treat the employees with more respect. Understand that everyone's life does not revolve around the company and things are not the same for everyone, so "company policy" isn't a fair and decisive mechanism for handling issues.
It is always nice to come into work and be around friendly people. That is the case with EWASTE+, as you walk around everyone makes sure to say good morning!
Nothing positive to say about the place. I tell people to never apply there. Go work fast food. You'll get paid better and treated better as well.
