Dont work for this company unless you like being a slave
Clinical Liaison (Former Employee) –  AllSeptember 13, 2018
This company has a good concept as far and the medication goes, however management has No idea what they are doing. This is not a job for a person who has done case management in social service. This job is for a sales person and a person who like high strees, quotas, and metrics, and everything else that comes with a sales industry. This is not for social workers on anyone who has the passion to help those in need. This job is for a person who loves sales and have the gift of gab. Social workers, case managers, stay away from this company. They will work you like a slave not to include the fact that you may drive 6 hours out of the day to places where you may be in danger. If you are desperate for a job then this job is for you.

TERRIBLE!!! Don’t do it! Read all reviews!
Slave (Current Employee) –  OhioJuly 23, 2018
Clinical approach to pharmacy when there is rarely anyone in management that is clinical (in the field)
Most who are in management positions do not understand the nature of what field staff are doing. They think they do because they too were once in the field. But they don’t. Most have sales backgrounds leading clinical people. BAD MIX! Culture is terrible too. Weekly calls are boring and have very little enthusiasm, which is the purpose of having them in the first place. They are not consistent with giving individuals props who deserve it. You may be high producing and they don’t say a word to you, but will then put someone in the spotlight who is on average meeting expectations. As for the expectations!! Too much!! Large territories, no matter how much after hours work you do or how many hours you were out in your territory they expect you to get back out the next day and do another 10-12 hour day. Bonuses are nice, but are less than what you would make if you were paid overtime for the actual hours you are working. The account managers are unprofessional washed out sales people who need to be gone. Most have been employed for years and think they know everything. While they may be knowledgeable in services offered they lack heart and passion unless it has to do with numbers. $$$ They don’t care what their employees think and don’t send out any kind of employee surveys to find out.
This place will harden your soul.
As soon as I am able I’m getting out of here!
They have changed around who you report to which has helped. They will give you all equipment needed including
more... a mobile phone. Gas is paid for with your company credit card. Car allowance which is ok, but they should just allow you to get brakes, tires, wipers and tune ups etc... done on company dime instead of the allowance. You’re ripping and running all over every single day. With the long hours it’s hard to look at the allowance as a car allowance when you feel deserving of it for putting up with all of the craziness. The patients you see are wonderful. They need help and it is a great service. Bonding with them is the only good thing you get out of this job from a fulfillment angle. You will go in dangerous areas, bed bugs and cockroach infestations are norm. If you take any home with you they will not pay for extermination! This company used to be great to work for. They need to get the woman back who was VP of sales from her position she was demoted to and have her run the show again. She cared about you, worked you hard, but wanted you to play hard. Knowledgeable, kind, driven and motivated the heck out of field workers. You wanted to work hard for her and you wanted to pass basic expectations because she made you feel cared for and appreciated. They need someone like that in charge. Managing people isn’t about being the boss. Rather you feeling supported, understood and motivated.  less

Good for pharmacy techs who just wants to make more than minimum wage without physical activity
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) –  Valley View, OHJuly 7, 2018
Good job to make more than min wage but they're not willing to negotiate pay. Desk job with little physical activity, if that's what you're into. You'll spend majority of your day on the phone with patients or doctors' offices. Management seems to care more about quantity over quality, and not much about employees' happiness either. Best parts are that you don't deal with patients face-to-face and they have food trucks on site all the time

Awful Place to Work
Clinical Liaison (Former Employee) –  HomeJune 21, 2018
They try to woo you with unrealistic bonus expectations and a car benefit. Each state requires that we be paid X amount per mile and the stipend they give you is WAY below. Not to mention the expect you to work like a slave. You will be routinely required to work 10+ hour days and they don't bat an eye because "you're salaried and you can't say no". If you do say no, then you are insubordinate and you are immediately fired.

If you want to make little money work herr
Care team (Former Employee) –  Vally viewMay 18, 2018
Salary is Terrible here along with the benefits. You have to work about a year to maybe accumulate 40 hrs vacation time. Pharmacist are in different care teams so you have to use jabber to speak to them. Basically your whole way of communicating is through jabber. Its not a small knit pharmacy that's super comfy to work for. The software this place uses is ridiculous it looks like the maker of Pac man also made rx30. Order entry is also back up phone operators which means you're getting distracted by calls all day while entering scripts. This company needs more operators and a completely new department called SORTING onbase orders because the software is so slow it takes multiple people to sort orders.

Great Hours
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) –  Valley View, OHMay 3, 2018
The hours are great but as someone who had the experience I do I would have expected more money. I love the hours are Monday through Friday with an occasional late shift (630p). The benefits are not the greatest but they do like to show their employees they care in other ways.

Everything is based on favoritism. If you are looking for a company to grow with ExactCare is not the company for you. The harder the worker the less you are appreciated and valued.

Patient Care Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Valley View, OHOctober 26, 2015
ExactCare is a great place to work, however much favoritism is given with no room for advancement. They would rather hire outside employees than promote within.

Good people. Good shift
CPhT (Former Employee) –  Valley View, OHOctober 20, 2015
Shift was amazing. Overtime was never pushed just asked. They just started a second shift before I left. Which helps with work load. They do play favorites. Will lay you off or find a reason to fire you if they don't like you.

Pharmacy Technician Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Valley View, OHAugust 26, 2015
Terrible place to work. Employees are underpaid and overworked. I'm not just saying that as a typical Gen-Xer. They literally drive their employees away by doing this. They are cliquey and they micromanage. I do not recommend them.

No job security!!
Anonymous (Former Employee) –  AnonymousAugust 21, 2015
Do not work for this employer if you want a stable job!!!! They have laid off a huge number of employees in 2015, largely within the sales team but at corporate as well. Aside from this, the sales team works incredibly hard and is expected to be out in the field 8+ hours per day and then do all of the planning, scheduling, and documentation after hours leaving no time for family or social life! It's ridiculous, especially for the pay they offer. Do not give this pharmacy any of your time, you will be wasting it.

Group of backstabing young brats!!
"Pharmacy Tech" (Former Employee) –  Independence, OHJune 15, 2015
If you are over 30 dont bother to apply. They will stick you in a dept referred to as the "Golden Girls". Supervisors are all in their 20 and more concerned with the power they are given. Training stinks, you are expected to become a pharmacy tech in 3 wks. You are made to deal with phone calls from patients that a certified pharmacist should be handling. Process sounds like good idea, but I handled a lot of calls where clients were without important medications for days.

Pharmacy Technician (Former Employee) –  Valley View, OHMay 29, 2015
Nice place to work for someone young with no home life. The pace is very fast and you are expected to run from the time you arrive till the time you leave. The management will call you in on days off, (weekends) and ask you to come in early, (when working second shift). The company perks are mostly parties and fund raisers. The coincept of the ExactPack is a good one. They just need to find some consistency in their in house methods. They seemed to change weekly, and sometimes daily. It was sometimes hard to do the job with some of us not knowing the new changes each time.
Pros
Very good experience for learning the mailorder Pharmacy
Cons
The company lied about promoting its employees. They were very misleading.
