The lady who trained me was a tyrant. Emsi offered me my first experience as a working phlebotomist. Shortly after being certified. I wanted to report her to the supervisor so bad. I didn't because she was with the company for a decade and I didn't want the conflict. I know karma is real. When hers is delivered. I hope I cross her mind. When I was in training. I realized how much I was going to love working with emsi and the set your own schedule was perfect because I have school age children.
I had to leave to visit my country , when I decide to come back they didn’t let me apply again , I was so happy working there , I wish if I can go to work back there .
There is something definitely going wrong with this company! Apparently the work promised is not There. I suggest that they re-evaluate their existence as a Company.
I was laid off after being told by management on two occasions that I did not need to worry about looking for a job. My hiring manager had been asked to leave and since he hired me specifically for his team, I felt that I should start looking. I put 'looking for new opportunities' on my Linkedin page and was told to remove it or tell them when my last day was, after assuring me I have plenty of work to do. Laid me off less than two months later even though I removed that from my profile.
