If they dont look internally and see why they have a high turnover and get rid of horrible management they will never last.
You get two sick days and you are able to use your PTO for the rest. You do have to clock in and out in a timely manner (5 minutes before or after your scheduled time). There is an attendance policy in which you can get points if you are late but if you are a good employee and come to work on time you don't have to worry about getting points to the point of disciplinary actions. Most managers are flexible as well if you need to switch for a doctor's appt or something.
