You get two sick days and you are able to use your PTO for the rest. You do have to clock in and out in a timely manner (5 minutes before or after your scheduled time). There is an attendance policy in which you can get points if you are late but if you are a good employee and come to work on time you don't have to worry about getting points to the point of disciplinary actions. Most managers are flexible as well if you need to switch for a doctor's appt or something.

It takes a long time. Apply, wait for them to call you, get interviewed at the employment center then at the hospital by the dept manager then wait weeks to find out if you are chosen. Then you need drug testing and a physical done before you can start.
