I would listen to a customers request and give them the corresponding phone number or address. I learned that before the internet telephone information was the way to find phone numbers. Management was good , keep their presence known. I liked my co-workers , it consisted of a very wide range of personalities. The hardest part was sitting at night not getting any calls. I enjoyed my co-workers and the pay scale.
