I loved working at elc. It was very professional and nice. Everyone was super cool and it was a fun place to work. I left due to personal matters and a move but it helped me establish a career and move on.

When I started working for the company it was great. Than they hired a new COO and everything went really bad. He doesn't care about quality care only heads in beds. It's a shame to watch the company stop caring. The owner is clueless or just doesn't care anymore. Very sad.

Please avoid this place. Extremely short staffed. It is awful. The worst place I have ever worked. Will never go back there ever again. The company doesn’t care about its staff.
