A work day was typical where each employee worked out their work day hours. I actually learned some high-level Java application on a project I worked. Management was fair and tended to side with the employee. The most difficult part of the job was satisfying the customers requests/ Having OJT is good but it should be structured.

ESS treats their employee better than average. Excellent benefit package and family oriented. Willing to support employee training as long as it is current or near future position oriented.
