Tell your employees to put a job as temporary instead of full time when there is no guarantee of it being permanent.

Please tell your employees (in house) not to play favorites and gossip so much, they're passing up amazing qualified experienced top notch staffing employees! You are letting them run your company. Way too much buddy, buddy, let me hire my friend, old school mate, family member.

Enforce that the office staff get in touch with you when they say they will. I ended up getting a job on my own & then was sent to EPG to take my drug test. So, Im thinking, why was I not contacted about this job? It tells me the staff is not meeting the needs of the job seekers that they Recruit! It is frustrating to be told time & again that you will be called, one way or the other, & Never hear back from the staff member that called. I actually had another staff member call me about another job & I hadn't even heard back from the 1st staff member yet. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very unprofessional
