Office Services Clerk (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAJanuary 22, 2019
They make you work your butt off with no Incentive and there is no room for growth in the company. They throw last minute projects at you with impossible deadlines. Communication between the managers and anyone below is pretty bad and the training here sucks. They except so much out of you and when you ask for help they won't give it to you until its too late and they get complaints from the client. The management also seem clueless on what really goes on here even though you tell them
Pros
Free lunches sometimes
Cons
clients spoke down to you management doesn't know how to communicate no pay raises

Supervisor (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXJanuary 15, 2019
A poisonous environment with a lot of backstabbing. A work culture where all they care about is cut costs by under staffing sites all over the country, promises turned into lies by higher management. Rather than speaking with the truth when mistakes were made, management always decides to put together a package of lies to the customer, they always buy it. Higher management communicates poorly with sites managers, supervisors, etc...incredibly high levels of micromanagement, you are never given full control of your duties, always under "helicopter parenting. Higher management always looking for ways to make their employees work more and pay less, you put a lot of effort into your work, hours, etc and you don't get anything in return, in a few words here you will find the cheapest managers in the world.
Make a mistake and you will be treated like a child, rather than focusing on solving a problem, its always focusing on looking for who to blame it on.
Pros
people who do the work are the nicest
Cons
very poor life to work balance, no bonuses, no career advance, nothing

Data Entry Operator (Former Employee) –  El Paso, TXJanuary 13, 2019
They only pay $9 an hour. The thing that really threw me off is that they don't tell you the rules until you sign the contract and agree to the position. You can't have your cell phone anywhere near you or you will immediately be terminated. The dress code is also ridiculous and frankly very sexist. You can't wear anything but khakis or loose jeans. Only boots and tennis shoes. It states in their rules that tight clothes in any way are offensive to people. I can see why they have such hire turnover...

Mail Sorter Operator (Current Employee) –  Charlotte, NCJanuary 4, 2019
Company has three departments: Bills printed/sent, Bills Received and Wholesale. Two departments get holidays/weekends off. The last department (Banctec) works most holidays and weekends except for Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. Also, overtime is mandatory in the Banctec department. And, most mornings I am asked to stay 2-3 hrs overtime. Its a great place to work if a worker is looking for more ways to make extra pay.

Terrible and poor work place
MAIL PROCESSING CLERK (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 2, 2019
A typical day at Excela Technologies as a Mail Processing Clerk I spend most of my time accepting, processing, and delivering mail from commercial and contractual mail carriers. Management throughout the entire company is terrible, they lack employee appreciation, pay employees at rates that the cost of living exceeds, and overall treats employees as just a number. My entire year - nearly two years I have not received or known anyone throughout the company to receive a raise or any career advancement. This is a company that values cutting corners to not have to pay employees and overload money into upper level management, they turn a blind eye to employee complaints, refuse change in any way, and tend to have one of the highest turnover rates in the job market. The cons of this job well exceed the pros, this is a job of corruption, if you are looking for any opportunity to grow as a individual and overall better yourself and your life this NOT the company to attempt that with. (Dallas Infomart Mailroom Contract Bank of America)
Pros
Relaxed work environment, great coworkers.
Cons
Horrible site management, Horrible upper management, Horrible employee appropriation, Bottom line pay, Horrible benefits, No career advancement, overall tense work place.

Other than My manager, I have nothing good to say about Exela Tech. A typical work day was tolerable because I worked with phenomenal people, my manager was exceptional and understanding. However, their benefits were to high based upon salaries that were offered and there was not any upward mobility.
