Poor interview process. Interviewed for the Customer Service Supervisor position sometime last year, and I see that it is already posted again. Was quite possibly the worst interview I have ever dealt with. I could not wait to just get up and leave. I immediately went home and accepted a pending offer elsewhere. A few red flags were the actual Customer Service manager was not even part of the interview, mmm. Why? With top notch professional companies they are always in an interview for someone that reports to them. Instead a few upper management execs interviewed, and by the questions they asked, in an accusatory manner like have you done this, have you done that, were not even in line with how a customer service center works. So basically did not seem to have a clue what the day to day life is for CSR's, supervisors, or a CS manager. As result I would not recommend this company inm your job search.
