Outsourcing focus with consulting opportunities

As an Indian company with Indian leadership, the management structure is largely Indian, and many onsite personnel are relocated from overseas offices. Availability of compliance work was consistent, and continual initiative among consulting personnel is to promote Outsourcing use, which is EXL's primary function. Quality of engagements is so-so, and had included low-priority accommodations such as closets of very old (read: coated in makeup and other filth) computing resources, highly restricted access to printers and other basic tools, etc. High-quality engagements are challenging, but staff was thrown under the bus regularly by EXL onsite management, and critical upward project concerns were disregarded.
