Administrative Assistant/Executive Receptionist in Vienna, VA

A typical day is boring and routine, although in my morning job, particularly, I work very hard and need to be very organized. Have learned to be patient, resilient and resourceful. I currently work for a temporary services agency for a hospital/healthcare system. The workplace culture there is very congenial. The hardest part of the job in the morning is meeting the deadlines (4 hours) in which to complete the heavy workload every day. The most enjoyable part of the job is I know I am doing my best job and maintain a good work ethic.

If you want to be paid unfairly this is the place for you ! Also the owner that I worked for was very untactful. I really ended up dreading my job. I was so glad he decided to terminate me due to me not being happy. I took a big load off my shoulders! But overall I would not recommend working here. You will be doing lots of selling and cold calls to potential clients

Be honest with them and they will help you out to the fullest. Show up on time at jobs they send you on and better ones will come. Be patient, at least you have a job, until a permanent job becomes available.

So far so good. I am just so happy to be in a pleasant, forward thinking, pull up your sleeves and pitch in to get it done environment! I feel the staff really takes the time out to get you in the best placement per your background and the client needs!

Working for this agency was one of the worst decisions in my life. The management has no idea what they are doing and could care less about the people them employ.
