I know lots of friends that work there never had call center experience but they got hired in but every time I apply I always get a email saying there are other candidate that more experienced. Allow me a chance train me like u train anyone else.

Typically 8 hours but there are 9 and 10 hour shifts. Shift bids happen at least 1x per year if needed to accommodate call volume. They do work with you for school or child care needs, you just need to know the right person to ask.

Shift bids are based on employee rank and/or performance. If you get a shift the doesnt work for you, there are options to switch shift w/other co-workers or if you have a valid reason, such as school, to request a shift adjustment, temporary accommodations may be available.
