Scenario type questions such as : name a time when you had a conflict with another employee and how did you handle it. If you don’t have experience in one of the scenarios they ask about, make up something, they want answers.
They are too patient oriented, they do not care about the employees. In order to take care of patients, you must take care of the employee first. Just like on an airplane, they tell you to put your mask on first before helping others. Express scripts does not keep their word to their employees.
The requirements the company expects. You are expected to get on and get customers off as fast as possible. Some patients require a lot more time.
When you go to a interview at express scripts do they let you know the feedback ? Even if your not hire ? Do they reach out via email or over the phone ?
I was ghosted twice. I applied to a job and went through the whole interview process but never heard from them again. The job posting still says “Interview Process”. Two weeks after the panel interview, I received an email from another recruiter for a job that I applied for to schedule a phone screening. I sent an email with my availability but never heard anything back from them either...
Yes an no, when hired you are offered X amount of shifts to choose from, from there if you don’t like your shift, you can ask someone to swap with you... good luck..... or you can wait for a shift bid and possibly be stuck with a worst shift.
