In my store it was based on how many sign ups you get for the rewards and credit card 12-20 hours a week for sales associates
The working hours are horrible. They're great for a 17 year old who needs experience and getting their foot in the door of working or for a non-priority, second job. You could get as low as 5 hours a week, 15-20 hours a week a maximum. Overall, you're a pawn. They use you when they want to and then cut your hours by sending people home early to save payroll.
