The interview process was a phone interview Then the second interview was a group interview in the manager's office. They would ask you to introduce yourself, They would ask you questions of when you had to fix a problem and how did you solve it. Also, why should the manager's hire you?

It very simple. Attire and attitude matters a lot. It is a group interview so you are compared to others in the interview with you. Its best to look as stylish as possible and be very outspoken and confident. Standing quite and dressing dull will not get you the job. Be vibrant.
