Pay was ok, but emphasis is definitely on charges and pushing labs and tests. Supervisor on site is usually a medical assistant who's just trying to keep their bosses happy. 12+ hr shifts with only half hour break and always being micromanaged and the clientele is almost all medical assistance and they expect you to bend over backwards and are quick - more... to complain, especially if they don't understand their instructions.

Had one patient get angry with me because we couldn't call in a prescription for them for an OTC medication and then said I was a racist cause she couldn't understand what OTC ... - less
