No issues whatsoever telling people I worked at Extant. Exceeding expectations and providing quality products to the consumer. Proud of what is done there.

Answered

The lack of planning is evident in the work flow. There was very little to no work at the beginning of the quarter. By the end of the quarter, you were told (at the very last minute) that you would be required to work mandatory OT, usually 12 hour days, 6 days a week, frequently over the holidays.

Answered

Typically 8 to 10 hours per day.

Contrary to what ‘management’ believes, the future of Extant Aerospace is with its employees. It is my belief that if the company can not learn to put actual leaders and qualified people in positions of leadership, this company will fail.
