Worked at Exterran 15 years, the individual is the one that makes or breaks his existence. Most don’t leave on their own accord. If they do leave, is because they are not use to complying with structure of employee responsibility. Although, lay offs do and will happen to tenured employees which will definitely destroy a planned retirement.
