It depends on the DM and the staffing level in the district. If staffing level is at a normal level. Extra Saturdays off are usually granted to employees who have a strong work ethic/attendance. However, if staffing levels are down, you can only take a Saturday off with PTO. Extra Space is the fastest growing Storage company to date. Yet they are cutting bonuses, wages, and everywhere they can for the front line personnel. Very sad, but true. The in store employees do more manual labor, customer relations, vendor communication than any other ESS employee yet get paid the least. This company can do great things IF they take care of the "lower level" employees. Unfortunately, that has been decreasing rapidly in the last 3 years.

PTO only and it accrues at 6.06 hours per month. No sick time or personal time, strictly PTO. You can't go negative and can't request time off if you don't have the PTO (system won't allow it.)
