It's nice to be reminded you're disposable
Representative (Current Employee) –  Denver, COAugust 26, 2019
Hourly employees are not treated with any sort of appreciation for what we do. We're treated as disposable employees and taken for granted. In the past year we've had over 20 employees leave the company and currently have 15 open positions.

They do not care about employee satisfaction and the pay is miserable. I started this position enjoying the culture, the perks, and the company and now I cannot wait to find somewhere new.

Upper management is so disconnected with the rest of the company and spends money on store showrooms and new buildings instead of raising employee pay. Lack of pay = lack of motivation and you can forget about moving anywhere within the company.

They'd rather hire external than promote from within. 10/10 would not recommend.

Terrible management & Bullying
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  Reno, NVApril 25, 2019
Terrible place to work for, it would be a great place if the management did play favorites. Do not I repeat do not take the shipping routing cordinator job. There’s just o few people in this department and they are bully’s, they’ll bully you until you quit. I know first hand that and I’ve watched as they ganged up on a former employee until they got the person fired by making stories up about this person but because they all stayed together and all said the same thing and management believed them and didn’t even ask the other person. Good at backstabbing.

Routing Clerk/ Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Reno, NVMay 8, 2018
they are very caring about if you need time to sort out family matters, they are a decent company. My only problem is that the pay and benefits aren't enough, especially for what i do.

Not a start-up company, but acts like one
Scheduler (Former Employee) –  Reno-Stead, NVApril 13, 2018
No one was ever on the same page and management had no clue. Orders were sent out 4 - 5 times due to no system. There were OSHA violations everywhere, many from management themselves. The lack of organization, unequal pay for same positions and incompetence and belittling of the higher ups was enough for me to seek other employment after only 3 months.
Pros
7 minute drive
Cons
pay, management, hours, moral

Favoritism
Employee (Former Employee) –  Reno, NVJanuary 11, 2018
There is a lot of favoritism and special treatment. There is no real unbiased reward program. It's based more on how they like you and not your work performance. They do offer benefits which is a plus and you get your vacation on your first day. This isn't a new company but they don't have everything together so it feels like a new company. The warehouse is kept cold this doesn't help moral. The people in the office are given special treatment, so if you do decide to work there, that's where you want to be.

Shift Leader (Former Employee) –  Saint George, UTAugust 2, 2017
I miss this job so much. It was the most laid back place I've ever worked. You go in, do what you need to do, help everyone finish up if needed. It was like family.
Pros
Understanding management, good hours

Dont waste your time
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) –  RenoJuly 11, 2017
The equipment is junk and is never enough to do your job. No advancement chances. The employees do all of the instructing of new hires. The supervisors do nothing. Drivers are constantly hitting stuff. No order at all. Warehouse is always a mess. Overall a fail as a warehouse. Management wants you to work 6 days a week.
Pros
Hire on full time/ instant benefits. $200 spending after 90 days employment. 60% off product
Cons
Hardly any time off

A lot of work...little pay
Shipping Clerk (Current Employee) –  Reno-Stead, NVJune 27, 2017
We've been working 10+ hours a day for over 5 months now including saturdays. Management stands around and talks and laughs as people bust their behinds to meet deadlines. Benefits are ok. Discounts are good. When there is an opportunity to move up it seems hiring outside the company is the priority before internal searches. Almost like a kindergarten playground. Just keep to yourself and you should be fine.
Pros
Discounts are good
Cons
LONG HOURS and not competative with wages
