Customer Service Representative (Cashier/Trainer) (Former Employee) –  Goose Creek, SCSeptember 6, 2019
Busy mornings, customer friendly, learned lottery and gas pumps necessities, learned management skills (training), hardest part was being energized early in the morning for the sake of customers, most enjoyable part was turning a customers day around and even the customers turning mine around.

Competitive and demanding work load
IT Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXAugust 28, 2019
You will have the outline of an 8 hour day but normally people will expect more simply from the competitive nature and optics of the work place. It is difficult to understand the hierarchy that you are operating under and there is a good deal of cross-functional leadership needed to be successful.
Pros
good pay, healthcare, nice campus/buildings
Cons
anti-social, individual work, stressful

Application Engineer (Current Employee) –  Spring, TXJuly 21, 2019
7% company contribution to 401k (i.e. not a match) and competitive salary. Poor work-life balance (avg. 60+ hours/week). Relatively secure job with company policy to redistribute talent during down turns.

Job security, static environment, not for everybody.
Analyst (Current Employee) –  Hlavní město PrahaJuly 15, 2019
A typical day at work is 8 hours in front of a computer.
I learned SAP and other repetitive processes.
Management is disconnected from workers and can do nothing to change the culture. The culture is safety oriented, people are very nice, other than that I would say 'comfortable - the complete opposite of what ambitious people should look for. Hardest part of the job was coping with the routine of doing the same thing over-and-over while conforming to process, little room for critical thinking as all work is constrained by culture, hierarchy, lack of autonomy etc. The most enjoyable part about the job is the relaxed atmosphere, and time off.
