ALot of turnover

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
This place can't seem to keep fully staffed due to low pay and long hours. The Doctors are amazing and that's the only good thing! They don't seem to care of the high turnover or keeping current staff happy at all.

Pros

Great Doctors

Cons

Don't care about keeping valued employee's happy

5 years and growing

The company is always striving to provide the best care for our patients, and a great experience for our employees. We got people back to work safely as soon as possible during the COVID-19 crisis, and watched as everyone went above and beyond working together. I love what I get to do everyday.

Pros

A workplace where everyone knows and cares about everyone else. Lean, agile, and growing with opportunities to learn and advance in the medical field.

Cons

No ping-pong tables in the breakrooms, yet.
