We always appreciate feedback and strive to provide World Class experience for both our Patients and Employees. We introduced Career Progression opportunity for employees during 4th quarter of 2018, which provided growth for employees which was fantastic to see the positive response from our employees. We have recently put into place quarterly shift bids where employees have the opportunity to rank business work shifts. Work Schedules are then given based on Employee Desire along with their tenure, performance and business need. Having quarterly shift bids in place allows employees to have visibility to their schedules 3 months at a time. In addition to the quarterly shifts, all employees also have the ability to swap shifts with other employee. Our desire is to have this in place so employees can better balance both their work and personal needs.
