Typical night is to go in, log in ,and start on shift report. Once shift report, Once I log on , I check with supervisors for any new notifications and then I start to take calls. The majorty of the work night I am by myself.

Great for part time work for young adults

The working environment was a bit strained because of the lack of hours available. The turnover rate was much too high so it was not stable.

Golf Reservation Agent (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMarch 15, 2015
I enjoyed my time with EZ Links Golf. I most enjoyed working with the employees and talking with the golfers. No call was ever the same and I met loads of very interesting people, which fine tuned my customer service experience. The hardest part of the job was getting used to the call volume, which did not take long to master.

Talking with the golfers, and the extra curricula activities for the employees
