No. They do a background check, drug screen AND fingerprint just in case they missed a crime under an alias. The pawn business is no joke. You have to be clean because you're being trusted with a lot.

Absolutely. Which is ok, but when they are in charge of inventory, money, and accountability you pretty much put your criminals in charge of who moves into key supervisory roles and who does not.
