When I started it was a week process. Now it seems like it take forever to hire new team members. First you apply, then you have to past the assessment test, do an interview, the district manager and the store manager has to approve you will be a good fit for the store. You must pass a drug and criminal background check. You do a few hour of observation at the store location and if they call you back. You will start the next week. If any of these step dont pass. You will not get hired

Apply. Interview. Get fingerprints done. Apply to OCCC. if you are ok with all this and a background check and drug test done you are good to go.
