You really deal with all kinds and it's important that they know you're non-judgmental and wouldn't treat customers a certain way because of how they're dressed or their race or whatever. 20% of your loan customers are there for reasons outside their control and the rest will be feeding an addiction or correcting financial mistakes they could have avoided. You'll see these people 3 times a week to pay on current loans, pawn other items and buy items out for sale that will likely also get pawned down the line. You can't be judgy of these people, they're your bread and butter.
