There were several, from different areas of the company. Some where technical, some were more obviously focused on "soft skills". One thing that stood out for me was that they asked about software that didn't exist to see if I would tell the truth and say that I had never even heard of that, but willing to learn it....or if I would try and fake it and lie. Once I was hired, I was told I was the only person they interviewed who said that I didn't know, which is why I got the job.

Annual merit raises with RSU.
Some positions receive bonuses but that is generally management or above. Not low level jobs.

Death or Dismemberment ;) . I never wanted to leave....I think F5 is great place to work. But things are changing and people are being moved out to make room for others.

They have employee resources and advocates provided by the HR department however they are really there to mitigate possible HR issues "without talking to HR". Consider leaving the company if you have to use them for help.
