Not call in the Calvary I'd make it a point to do whatever it takes myself to hire the most bold men and women who have no fear. They are true but ruthless. Their strength endures the rugged. From am to pm time is no time. Get the job done with dignity.

The FBI is not what is used to be. It used to be the holiest of places to work. With respect, honor, code and doing what is right. It is now used as a political tool by supervisors to get ahead in life. It is crooked and I am not just saying this. It is a veritable firestorm of backstabbing and covering ones own rear now. instead of teamwork and camaraderie it once was. We lose more agents than we keep because they realize the agency is a cesspool and move to Homeland to work away from the political explosion of the FBI.

I would thoroughly train agent shuttle mandatory work- shop every 3 month if available to keep agent up to date with field study and latest crime tactic. allow other agent of lower ranks to take a crack at cases that we have no lead on only because they are mostly likely to work harder and build character at the same time, motivation for higher ranking agent to to think like the next man don't

I believe the intuitive/creative side of problem solving and investigation are minimized if not actually discounted by many people in investigative services. The fact that it is difficult to assess makes it problematic for those in positions of evaluation or authority. Many problems require a "what if?" perspective or a way to think outside the paradigm. it is a huge source that can be tapped into.

Off hand, not knowing anything about the internal workings, it'd be impossible for me to have an informed opinion. I can say that determining a subjects intent and ways to determine such in a expedited fashion, would be a great place to start.
