"Dysfunctional Family-Owned Business." The Family ownership are parasites on the business. Management is oblivious to the dissatisfaction of the employees. Management doesn't understand how badly they communicate with the employees. When there is communication, it doesn't pertain to what the employees want to know, and what communication there is, is late, incomplete or inaccurate. Employee morale is poor. The pay isn't bad to start with, but after that it's just barely above cost of living increases. Benefits (insurance, matching 401k) are good.
