Nurse (Former Employee) – Lima, PA – August 13, 2018
Working here is ok if you’re doing it to get experience and move on. The pay is downright insulting. Benefits are excellent. Residents are wonderful. Management is absolutely horrible and very unfair if you’re not someone who kisses a@#, they need to take classes on how to treat all employees with respect. Always short staffed, nurses and aides are overworked.
It’s a job if you can’t get into a better place
Extremely low pay, short staffed, overworked, horrible management
Certified nursing assistant (Former Employee) – Media, PA – July 20, 2018
Was always short staffed. Management never offered assistance with anything. No appreciation for nurses or nursing assistants. Some nurses would take advantage of other nurses. Not all nurses were bad some actually appreciate CNAs and showed it. Very stressful place to work
Project Cleaner (Former Employee) – Lima, PA – July 6, 2018
After working there almost 10 years it has been a rough experience. Some of the employees, supervisors, and managers are cutthroat. With that thought in mind, work on an everyday basis is tense and stressful.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Media, PA – January 15, 2018
You learn to help others and listen to people who have become I'll and depend on your for daily care. You also become a friend to people who look forward to coming in to help them while on shift. Alot of these people have no one to visit so they look forward to seeing you and hearing about your life or sharing about their own.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Media, PA – December 9, 2017
You work hard from the time you arrive to the time you leave. They hold you over every day until the have enough coverage, & if they don't have enough coverage you are forced to stay the 16 hrs with short notices.
RN (Current Employee) – Lima, PA – September 27, 2017
