Vacation time was accrued monthly and began as 1 week/year. After 10 years, you earned 4 weeks/year. However, this benefit varied between positions and departments, within the school system.

In my opinion its a 2 part interview. Part 1 Easy - You fill out an application online and if you are selected you are called into headquarters to fill out more paperwork, speak with a representative and go through a background check. If your background check is positive you are assigned to training classes for the next 6 weeks. Part 2 Hard - If you pass the training course you join the FCPS Transportation Division. The training is the main interview process. Its not your typical interview. It's intense and you discover what you are made of.
