If your housekeeping 9:30 till the time they want you out literaly they don't have an exact time if 3:30 they want you out of the hotel and your rooms done you have to be done by then or they get upset and afternoon staff are rushed to help those day housekeepers finsih there jobs. So when they write on your board finish by 4:30 you have to work and get your rooms donw by that time even if they gave you 8 check outs and 7 stay overs you have to get chevk out done first and usually u have no time for a break but you are entitled tobtake your 30 min so take it

I love most things about it. Marriott is a great company with an incredible ability to grow. This is not a company that requires degrees for a lot of position, experience can help you move up with the company. I think that is my favorite thing.

Pay employers better and comuication needs to be better and no favoritism. And if the housekeeper is a lil slow cleaning chill is because she deep cleans. :)
