The people were mean and if they didn't like you, they let you know it. Never saw such a place with horse play and cussing ion my life.

Very friendly and teamwork driven. There is never not someone there to lend a helping hand when needed. Management is very apt to help out and you always see upper management out and about doing what they can to help also.

The work environment at FHP is very hostile.
Advice to Management:
FMC's Board of Directors NEED to start asking some deep, pointed questions about the trajectory of FHP while FMC is still viable in the community. A bad reputation cannot be healed by a new building addition. Columbus is 20 minutes away and most have state of the art facilities. I will miss the patients, but regret deeply my time spent here!!!!!
