Management does not lend a helping hand when asked for help, work load is to much for the small staff they give you, I am an maintenance manager and I pull as many work orders as my techs plus I have to still find time to manage the place. I was really disappointed to see some of the reviews within. This really is a shame. I was very hesitant in joining the "Fairfield" team, but took a chance and did.
