Great question! All positions are done individually, so some may take longer than others. Common practice is to have all candidates reviewed only days after submission. If you're not aware, Fairview does update status of considerations in their application portal. Simply log back in to your account and see the current status of each job you've applied to. To get an interview, make sure your application matches the requirements of the position. When it says a particular shift, make sure you're open to working then. If a certain certification is requested, have it or indicate current pursuit of it. Items like these will show you're qualified & increase your potential of landing that first interview. Good luck!
