Cut the office & management staff by 1/3. Far too many middle men/women. This causes too much opportunity for personal bias/opinions to distort messages and implementations rolling down the pipe, so to say.
Additionally, in order to truly achieve the best balance that would result in stone-solid work, reputation, morale and potential, top chiefs must be former workers in the field who have proven exemplary skills in: interpersonal communication, trade skill, intuition, mental fortitude and morality, business prowess and work/life importances.
