Grounds Maintenance in Falmouth, ME
on July 15, 2018
Grounds Maintenance simply isn't payed well. $13/hour with no benefits but free golf, where you still have to pay for the cart and you can only play at the discretion of the Super Intendant. You receive 1/2 off Food at the clubhouse.
Server in Falmouth, ME
on February 28, 2022
Enjoyed it for the first month or so before I got to know the higher ups a bit better. There are a lot of hidden agendas and misconduct; Like upper management having inappropriate relations with staff. They can’t keep experienced servers because anyone who has worked in a restaurant wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot pole. I left when I realized management will lie straight to my face to push whatever agenda they want.
Professional Server in Falmouth, ME
on January 20, 2022
Owners sit down to dine at or after closing keeping their staff late, even on holidays. The Manager tries to engage in inappropriate relations with staff. On one occasion owners told a server who is also a teacher that teachers are over-paid. Management constantly sets staff up for failure due to a lack of knowledge of the restaurant industry
Bartender/Server in Falmouth, ME
on September 17, 2021
The managers drink on the job while expecting you to keep everything together. No respect for the servers/bartenders. The turn over rate is so bad because no one can work with their insufferable managers and owners.
Groundskeeper in FCC
on July 19, 2021
Under paid and no benefits. The equipment is old, outdated and unsafe. Could be a great place to work if the owners weren’t so cheap. They don’t even have direct deposit for their employees!! Apparently the Millionaire owners think it costs too much to do. Unfortunately because of this type of stuff the full potential of the Country Club will never be reached because they will never be able to hold qualified employees. Seems to be the general consensus between workers and club members that I’ve talked to.
