Working hours are terrible. As office manager I would work 10 plus hours a day and sometimes I would not get a lunch. Saturdays you are on call and you better answer your phone so don’t leave it in a six flags locker while you are having a family outing on your day off. Regional will blow up your phone and will not accept the answer that you are actually out of town on your day off. Had to go up on a Sunday because the company has no security cameras and alarm is going off. Take a vacation day and your phone is blowing up again by regional. Absolutely no respect for a family oriented employee nor a hardworking employee.

Start getting involved with office branches to find out what is going on with the regional / office manager relationship to stop the bullying that comes from upper management. Allow employees a safe HR. Not an HR team who will go directly to your supervisor and tell of any complaints you made while looking for support.
