Families First strives to be in th forefront of providing outstanding services to the children and families served. Our employees are our "key assets" in accomplishing this goal. At Families First we provide employees opportunities to make a difference in others' lives while presenitng employees with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Families First management strives to work with, support, and recognize employee accomplishments. Families First offers competitive compensation and benefits. Employees are expected to travel for specified positions within the agency. How did you feel about telling people you worked at Families First Counseling Services?
Families First strives to promote employee/employer relations and to ensure the employee's tenure at the agency is a positive and rewarding experience. Exit interviews are conducted by the Human Resource department when an employee leaves the agency. Employees have the opportunity to share their employment experience including their thoughts on our strengths and what they liked and didn't like and areas where they think we can improve. The agency also conducts annual employee surveys which provides the agency a wealth of responses and information in capitalizing on strengths and identifying areas or opportunites for improvement. Majority responses identify that Families First is a great agency, well respected in the community and industry, and employees would recommend Families First to a friend or family member as a great agency to work for.Asked June 28, 2017
