A lot of the seasoned supervisors were removed or were offered a lowered paying job because their position no longer exists. I took a pay cut of $3 and after 8 years very made it to the original $15/hr I couldve started at other agencies because of my extended experience. Finally at a 3% raise only to get forced out before it kicks in. Coincidence?

I would compensate the part time variable workers appropriately who were working full time hours. At this point, they receive absolutely no benefits, even if they are working full time hours. No paid time off, no holiday pay, no insurance, NOT ANYTHING. They are absolutely the money makers for this company and they are completely under appreciated.
