It had been 20 years since I worked there. It was ok but the supervisor was not very nice. You are on your own with no one bossing you around, the independence is nice ! Know the priorities of your job, what to do in what order, or you could get into trouble.

Everyone at family bridges are gun loving people they treat you as family they great you as you walk in with a warm smile they are a safe environment I love working for family Bridges I really like how friendly the staff is to their employees I enjoyed working with them.

They are continuously hiring individuals who do not show up for their job, so there is always call-offs. But when you want to get scheduled in for specific times they will not purposely schedule you more than 40 hours a week unless they need you… So the opportunity for you to have a set schedule is up in the air for the most part. There is no benefits to working here: no health insurance, no paid time off, no vacations that are paid. At least they do not take on individuals that are extremely combative. Most of the individuals that they have are pretty laid-back. But at the same time you will get paid more to work at a fast food joint than here...
