I love Family Care, they truly care about their Employees and Patients. The benefits are great as well as the special things they do for their employees. It is a laid back work environment with people who truly understand that things happen in life that may take person off their course. Family Care is always there for their employees and the Community.

They are unfair and unprofessional with their staff and employees. The pay is less than all other companies in the are. The core values for the company and the actual ethics demonstrated by those in management do not match.
Everyone get a lunch break even if its 15 minutes
There's no consistency in policies and favorites are very evident.

Operations Specialist (Current Employee) – St. Louis – December 17, 2014
My typical day at work was very fun, we always had a good time and enjoyed each others company and most of all work great together as a team. The co-workers are like family and everyone help everyone out. The hardest part of the job was you may have multiple task that is given to you with limited time to finish it only because it was given to you and it was needing to be done as of yesterday. The most enjoyable part was being able to get it done anyway at the time is was needed even though it was given to you last minute, you made it happen. So the feeling of accomplishment was the most enjoyable and the fact that they recognize that you achieved the goal.

For a while it was a good place to work but this company doesn't follow there policy they make rules as they go along, there pay is the lowest of the healthcare centers in saint Louis, they also don't provide any growth in the company if you want to further your education it comes out of your own pocket.
