Because it is the worst company to work for. Not only they underpaid you. Theyou stealing your money also. They signed me up for a dependent child care accoun. They send me the card. Every time I used to pay my baby daycare, the card got decline and they taking $79 from every paycheck. When I called they said they can't close it because of IRS and if I don't used the money before the end of the year I'll lose it. Can you imagine making $200. Paying $79 for dependent care and $76 for Ins. + tax and everything else you ended with a $14 paycheck. Now they expect you to pay your baby daycare from out of your packet.

I started out as an assistant manager then after 10 months I was offered store manager at another store. After 4 months they told me they were closing the store. So I went back to where I started and had to drop my title and pay back down to ASM. After 2 months they announced they were closing that store . They offered me another store which was a higher volume store and 1 1/2 hours away from where I lived. I took the job and after 6 months I resigned due to unforseen circumstances. If your not a store manager you ain't nothing to these people.

Left because favoritism was shown..the DM would call from a blocked # so you couldn't call and bother him..They wanted me to drive 2 1/2 hours away for ASM training for two weeks straight(there and back). I told them I couldn't afford the gas and it didn't work with my kids school schedule and they didn't care..i was the only one on the register in a 14 HOUR shift more than once while every one else stocked and played around. It was so unprofessional.
