Simple math problems like add, subtract, divide, and multiplying. There are 3 digit numbers, decimals, percentages, and small fractions. Also word problems, spelling, grammar, punctuation. Finally, I was confused at first with the last 10 questions or so but you have to select how you would file a certain number or named document. If you know how to add, subtract, multiply, & divide fractions and decimals you should be good.

At first it was amazing. As changes were being made in the department peoples attitude changed from being happy to be there, to employees leaving, due to treatment. I still tell people I worked there. What doesn't work for some people, it will work for others.I don't regret the job. I did learn a lot
