The company offer good benefits, have supportive staffs, and managers. They provide good training for new employees and continuing education for clinicians. Management listens to concerns of staff and willing to work with your concerns. Co- workers are wonderful to work with.

Very poor management . Didn’t care about their employees . Taken advantage of. No appreciation and they didn’t care even if you went above and beyond.

Huge turnover ... for a caring field they don’t care at all for employees. Disrespectful, backstabbing, favoritism, and fear-based culture are a few statements that come to mind. Management should all be fired. COO is bipolar and FAKE. Stay far, far, FAR Away from this company. Wonder what they had to pay for the “positive comments”?!
