I just had an interview with this company and I have read some of these reviews. I see both positive and negative, but that comes with every job. I am thinking about moving to VA for this job, so would it be worth it?
It sounds like a great company to work for? Is there any health benefits?

It's a good company ---- like all private providers --- facing some challenges with the changing aspects in behavioral health. But hitting those challenges head on in a positive way.

No. This company has been bought and sold multiple times in the past few years but management has stayed the same. The reviews don't accurately depict the company. This job does not pay enough to afford the cost of living expenses in the area and there are no raises or opportunities for advancement.

It would not be worth it do move your whole family in order to work for this company. There are health coverage benefits but it basically stops there. There are no real positive benefits to the company and no ability to advance even after I have attained a higher degree.
