Busy periods during the work day. I learned about substance abuse, scanning, intake processes, scheduling method used by the agency and other office procedures.
The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Pros
Close to my home for easy travel.
Cons
Poor management and very little teamwork which was not encouuraged by the local Management
