Supportive but Stressful Environment
Written by Care Coordinator (Current Employee) from Amityville, NY on August 21, 2018
The staff is very supportive, but the clients can eventually take a toll on a person. You do get to schedule your days out which gives the worker some control. I learned about various healthcare systems. Management is good for the most part. Burn out at this job is very high. The most enjoyable part of the job is the large amount of time off.
ProsFlexible hours, learned knowledge of healthcare systems, management is supportive for the most part
ConsBurn out is high
