Defiantly raise the pay for both stylists and management it is 2017 no reason why stylists and managers should be making minimum wage. Promote Famous Hair like Regis corp promotes Great Clips and other salons, Stop the micromanagement between the managers and district leaders, it is causing a tremendous turn over rate at the salons because stylists are feeling bullied and pushed around.
Pay hairstylist's what they are worth! I do not believe that somebody that has to go to school to earn a degree should be making minimum wage. It's very sad and demeaning for our field.
